CRT Contact Lenses and Orthokeratology

Orthokeratology is the use of a contact lens to temporarily reshape the cornea overnight as the wearer sleeps. Orthokeratology is a non-surgical option to correct nearsightedness, allowing the wearer to be lens-free during the day. ​Corneal Refractive Therapy lenses, CRT lenses, are Paragon Vision Science’s corrective contact lenses, and the type that are used here at Polsinelli Optometry.
